Our outdoor education program is an integral part of our curriculum and provides our students with challenging and engaging activities that teach them valuable life skills.
In Year 6, students spend two nights at Midginbil Hill in Northern Rivers, NSW, Year 7 students have a weeklong trip to Canberra, Year 8 students have a two-night stay at Camp Goodenough, Bilambil NSW and in Year 9 students experience an exciting three-night stay at Thunderbird Park, Tamborine Mountain QLD.
Camps are a great opportunity for students to challenge themselves with new activities, make new friends and strengthen existing friendships. Students take part in team building activities requiring them to work together in problem solving and initiative games all of which contribute to building independence and organisational, teamwork and leadership skills.
