Congratulations to Year 7 student, Etienne Richert for his excellent recent performance at the Queensland Junior Cycling Championships. Competing against the best athletes in the state, Etienne placed 7th in the road race and 5th in the criterium. As this is his first year in the under 15 age division, it all goes well for for 2017, where he will have another opportunity in this age group.
Swimming top performance
Last weekend Year 6 student Cameron Bradburn competed with distinction at the Swimming Gold Coast Short Course Championships. On the back many awesome swims, including nine personal best performances, Cameron walked away with an impressive medal haul; including 8 gold medals and 3 silver medals.
Rowing: South Queensland Championships
The Trinity Rowing Squad has now entered the away regatta season with several high quality regattas on the horizon. Recently, a group of committed rowers ventured to Lake Wyaralong for the South Queensland Rowing Championships for a high quality regatta amongst strong competition. Following a full day of competition, numerous outstanding results were recorded.
