← Musical maestros entertain Trinity community

Friday 7 October saw 150 talented band, strings and choral students take to the stage at the Robert Hoff Community Hall in an entertaining live show enjoyed by all. The concert featured all string ensembles, concert band, jazz ensembles and choirs from junior school right through to our advanced, premier ensembles of the college.

The audience was entertained by a wide variety of repertoire that had a little bit of everything – jazz, classical, rock and contemporary hits as well! The audience was thoroughly impressed by the highly polished and professional showcase that demonstrated such a breadth of program and opportunity for all musicians in the college, as well as a wonderful array of talent from students in Years 2 to 12. Our Performing Arts Parent Support Group was there once again to support this event, selling out of their incredible cupcakes and snacks for all to enjoy.

A very special thank you to all students who showed such wonderful passion and a love for their music whilst showcasing fantastic talent and musicality. Special thanks also to our gifted ensemble directors who work tirelessly with our students every week, ensuring outstanding direction of such a large variety of ensembles. We are also grateful to the back stage staff and crew who ensured a utterly smooth and sleek production.

The college proudly offers 36 ensembles that rehearse across both campuses every week offering every child an opportunity to pursue their love of music, drama and dance.

We thank all parents for attending and continuing to support your child and their artistic growth. We were also thrilled to celebrate the incredible contributions of our graduating Year 12 performing artists. Trophies were presented to these exceptional students, some of whom have dedicated more than a decade to the Performing Arts Program at Trinity! To our graduating Year 12s, we salute you, you will always leave your creative legacy as part of the fabric of this wonderful department.
