We would like to take this opportunity to thank our 48 hardworking P&F Class Representatives for their dedication and enthusiasm throughout the year. They have warmly welcomed our new families, liaised with our teachers, and shared our P&F events. We trust each family felt included in our wonderful Trinity community. We would like to invite our mums and dads to offer their interest in this role for 2017 by contacting us at P&F@tlc.qld.edu.au Also, don’t forget to stay connected with the P&F Cohort Facebook we have created for each year level.
Do you need a babysitter? It’s that time of the year with functions to attend and we are more than happy to connect you with a list of Alumni and current students who babysit on a regular basis.
The P&F Auxiliary held their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 9 November in the Middle School Conference Room. We are extremely grateful for the significant contribution of Mrs Shona Jeanneret-Gris over the past three years as Treasurer and Secretary. Shona’s work ethic and dedication have been outstanding and she will be sorely missed. We sincerely thank her for her service to the college. I’m proud to welcome back Vice President, Damon Harris, Treasurer, Fred Cherrier, and members Andrea Seppelt, Regan Mackie, Suzie Vandegraaf and Tanya Richardson. We would like to introduce our newest member, Secretary, Rachel Coutinho. Kemal and Rachel joined the Trinity family in 2009 with their son, Josh (Alumnus) and current students, Tiarne (Year 11) and Aerin (Year 6). Thank you for offering your service to the P&F Auxiliary Committee, we are excited to be working with you and your family.
We were proud to be included in the Volunteer Appreciation Function last week in the College Restaurant and we felt humbled as we celebrated our service, along with our fellow parent peers. The P&F Auxiliary would like to acknowledge the past and present parents and friends who continually support us by volunteering their precious time to run the events with us. We also commend your children for volunteering their time to work at our events during their lunch breaks and on the weekends. We value everyone’s loyalty and we honestly could not do it without your partnership.

We desperately need parent and student helpers to assist us to run the stalls and activities. Volunteers with ‘strong muscles’ are required at 12.00 pm to set up and to run the stalls until 7.30 pm. Please advise if you can help us. Don’t forget to invite your friends and family to enjoy the free activities and the extraordinary performances on the big stage from 6.00 pm onwards. The night will finish with a big bang of fireworks in the finale.
The P&F Auxiliary thank you for your support throughout 2016.
