Trinity Shines at Blues on Broadbeach!

Trinity Lutheran College Performing Arts students were delighted to be invited once again to perform as part of the Blues on Broadbeach Festival, on Friday 17 May. Our Big Band, Rock Bands 1 and 2 and Jazz Ensemble treated audiences to fantastic performances of many much-loved jazz and rock hits.

We were delighted to see so many members of the Trinity community in the audience supporting our performers. Jazz Ensemble performed their new song, “Bare Necessities” and for some students it was their first performance in front of a live audience. What a fantastic experience for them. Big Band performed brilliantly, with the highlight being their rendition of “Sweet Caroline” and our Rock Bands were thrilled to have their first gig for the year and performed a number of hits including a fabulous acoustic performance of “So say you won’t let go”,

All performers were proud and excited to represent our college at such an established event for the Gold Coast.
