On the evening of Friday 25 May, the College held its biannual Junior Years "Future Stars Concert”, featuring over 200 Junior Years singers, dancer, actors and instrumentalists. They took to the stage for a dazzling 90-minute showcase and wowed the audience with their incredible passion and enthusiasm.
The concert featured the Senior Primary String ensembles, Primary Concert Band and the Year 4 Beginner Band, who each gave their first ever performance as an ensemble. This was followed by the Sparkles, Piccolo and Bel Canto choirs and all our Primary dance ensembles including Jazzettes, Starlets, Dynamics, Glee Club and Boyz Crew.
The Beginner band video interviews gave the audience an amusing insight into what our beginner musicians think about their instrument, the band and most importantly what Mr Petty looks like when conducting. We are so fortunate to have young musicians who are so passionate about their instruments and music.
