The 2018 Rowing Dinner and Awards

The Annual Rowing Dinner was held last Friday night at the Robert Hoff Community Hall, with all our rowers and their families celebrating the very successful 2018 rowing season. A special thank you to the Rowing Supporters Group for their tireless preparation and co-ordination of the event. In particular, Leesa Harris, Bronwyn Lind, Fred Cherrier and Stephanie Swan. We were blessed to have Australian Rowing icon Mr Jeff Sykes in attendance. His numerous rowing stories and insights provided plenty of motivation and reflection for all our aspiring rowers. Congratulations to departing Captains, Matilda and Lillian for their passionate and devoted leadership of the Trinity Rowing Program throughout 2018. Beyond this, to the graduating Year 12 rowers and their families, a sincere thank you for your excellent contribution and stewardship of the Trinity Rowing Program. You will be missed; however, the program is in good hands with many committed and devoted rowers throughout the Middle and Senior Years. Finally, thank you to Dr Wong and Mr Mason for their attendance on the night and for their support of the Trinity Rowing Program.
