Performing Arts

…..And that’s a Wrap

The One Night Only performance seems a lifetime ago, but celebrations have continued well into Term 4, with all Prep to Year 3 cast members presented with a certificate, poster, and small gift yesterday in recognition of all their hard work throughout the year at rehearsals and for their fantastic performance on and off stage during the night of the show.

Years 4 to 12 cast members were recognised for all their hard work at the end of Term 3, with the Year 12 cast members doing the official cutting of the One Night Only Cake. The Year 12 cast members also personally thanked the amazing staff and Performing Arts Support Group Committee, who all invested countless hours of their own time in making the production a success, with personalised gifts and a small speech. It was so lovely seeing some of the Year 12 Cast members present their parents, either staff or committee members, with their gift. We truly are a Performing Arts family in every sense of the word.

Yesterday’s presentation concluded an eighteen-month journey and we could not be prouder of our 400 hardworking, talented cast. We are thankful for all the dedicated staff and volunteers involved, and grateful for the wonderful support from the Trinity community. From the Oscars on the Gold Coast -that’s a wrap!
