Last Saturday saw the Trinity Rowing Team compete in the GCRASRA Trophy Regatta; the culmination of the local rowing season. The day was outstanding on many levels, with success witnessed on and off the water. Our team exhibited great execution to showcase their vast improvement over the past semester of rowing. The results witnessed on the day reflected many hours of training, a commitment to improving and a strong desire to compete for Trinity – an excellent formula for success! At the end of the day, we reclaimed the Jenny Pemberton Cup for the top school at the regatta – an award that is treasured by our College. A huge thank you to the Trinity Rowing Supporters Group for their tireless effects in convening the event and to the many parents who played a role in the successful operation of the regatta – it was greatly appreciated. All eyes move now to the South QLD Rowing Championships to be conducted early in Term 3. Congratulations to the following students who claimed a top 3 place in the Trophy Regatta:
